I kinda struggle with the ng+ version of this so made a little backup using the atb strats. You can clip into the bolt room and you don't have beemine so its a reset but if you clip into the yellow windows and hold still for a moment then angle maybe 9 o clock and push forward you go to the plant room

also talking about states; my brother told me that you can apparently walk exit 1st person if you throw the wrench when you have bomb glove out and yeah seems to work. I just found out it's because there are 2 different 1st person states in this game. 1 is the normal one but 30 is the special one that allows you to just exit 1st person during a wrench throw if you let go of L1.
