As others have said, there are dust hovers and SIs in some places, I either don't know how to do them or they're unnecessarily difficult. omg I finally figured out a way to get onto this roof with wasting 1.5 seconds on an IJ

saves around 2-3 seconds. 4 swingshot flings against the diagonal grate on the corner of the roof is perfect for sliding you up the perfect height without clinging on anything. Needs neutral movement into an interrupted Wrench Boost but pretty consistent line. Often you'll proxy off the little roof unit that I jumped off of. In that case, you just double jump immediately to level yourself out so you get the first rooftop checkpoint in front of you. The double jump still carries you through to the end
